GRAChIE Contributing Members connect physicians, hospitals, hospital systems, behavioral-health centers, and other care providers across Georgia and the Southeast region using GRAChIE interoperability services. These collaborators utilize a secure GRAChIE data repository to support care coordination efforts and other health care initiatives.

GRAChIE Partner exchange connections build and support trusted relationships enabling national information sharing initiatives and frameworks. These connections permit timely and effective exchange for GRAChIE Members with other local, regional and national Health Information Exchange (HIE) partners. Our Partner connections also provide the backbone for robust regional data exchange during natural disasters and evacuation events.
